Some pictures of the very first ground breaking @unilincoln @uolengineering
It seems like ancient history, but it was only ten years ago that I persuaded Chris Bingham to join me and Jill to have a walk around the proposed site for the new Engineering School building at Lincoln Uni. We took Chris across Brayford Pool for a beer sitting outside in the sun, and my plan to poach him from Sheffield Uni was complete! The snowy scene is the build being held up by the severe winter in 2010. Jill and Chris are pictured in our temporary offices in the ThinkTank innovation centre offices. We delivered our inaugural year from here until we moved into the new build in 2011.
